Listening to: From the Choirgirl Hotel. Not for long, though... it's not really matching my mood quite like I was expecting it too.

Currently Reading: Just barely started Jonathan Lethem's Gun, With Occasional Music. Kind of saving it for the train, as well as a stack of others (both fiction and non). Also, I recently read Laurie Notaro's I Love Everybody (and Other Atrocious Lies): True Tales of a Loudmouth Girl (again) in like two days, and peed myself laughing. Highly recommended. I also devoured The Broke Diaries by Angela Nissel in, like, a mere few days. Laughed until I peed. Also highly recommended.

Wishing: income. Lots of it. Other than that, life's pretty good.

I couldn't be more The current mood of ronkc@diaryland.com at www.imood.com right now.

Candy's mistakes/Kim's departure.

Okay.

I'm a little fatigued, and I have a million things to do, including:

... mail package to Lynda.

... Bartell's (Rx's, dental floss, bathroom scale).

... QFC (Skim milk for that Slimfast I bought...).

... expand my business.

... buy stamps.

... get a haircut.

... cleaning.

... journals for my psychology class.

... maybe some volunteer hours?

One of the funniest things happened last night. My friend, Candy, is a Resident Assistant for the international students, who will be here studying English for about a month. She gets a list, and, assuming it's a list of students she will have this month, starts to make a floor roster. After finishing her secong one (mistakes were made on the first), she realized that all the names looked really familiar. This, of course, is because the list at which she was looking was a list of people from LAST month, who were LEAVING, rather than a list for THIS month, of people she will have on her floor. Poor thing.

Our friend Kim, (the woman who keeps this opperation *running*) is leaving. Her last day is tomorrow. Not only will this place *fall apart,* but we will miss her humor and sweetness, as well. It's a damn shame.

I need to get work done... more later.
