Listening to: From the Choirgirl Hotel. Not for long, though... it's not really matching my mood quite like I was expecting it too.

Currently Reading: Just barely started Jonathan Lethem's Gun, With Occasional Music. Kind of saving it for the train, as well as a stack of others (both fiction and non). Also, I recently read Laurie Notaro's I Love Everybody (and Other Atrocious Lies): True Tales of a Loudmouth Girl (again) in like two days, and peed myself laughing. Highly recommended. I also devoured The Broke Diaries by Angela Nissel in, like, a mere few days. Laughed until I peed. Also highly recommended.

Wishing: income. Lots of it. Other than that, life's pretty good.

I couldn't be more The current mood of ronkc@diaryland.com at www.imood.com right now.

Sounds like a PERSONAL problem, Sheila...

Okay.

What time is it again? Oh, yes. 12:41 in the AM. What time is class tomorrow morning? Ah! 7:45 AM. Did I want to go to Mass first? Sure! Time? 7:00 in the AM. What time do I have to get up, then, roughly? Right. 6:00 AM. Good call. Even if I can get to sleep in nineteen minutes, I have a good five-hour sleep before... anyway. So now I'm considering not sleeping at all. I'm actually a little hungry. I kind of want to go to IHOP. Will I? Probably not. But it sounds damn good. Oh, yeah. Maybe later.

So here's what's funny. Kind of. I decided that my big birthday present to myself was going to be a manicure. Hours after this decision, a nail broke. Doesn't that make you want to cry? It makes me want to cry. (sniffle)

So, this afternoon, I run into Sheila. I ask Sheila if she wants to go to RiteAid. She's down. So we go. I walk up to the pharmacy to pick up my prescripion. When I finish my transaction, I turn around to see Sheila, completely straight-faced, forming a one-person-line behind me holding nothing but a gigantic bag of these:

My Bob, that girl is hysterical. Anyway.

So here's what disappoints me:

Right. I'm going home, then, because, you know....
