Listening to: From the Choirgirl Hotel. Not for long, though... it's not really matching my mood quite like I was expecting it too.

Currently Reading: Just barely started Jonathan Lethem's Gun, With Occasional Music. Kind of saving it for the train, as well as a stack of others (both fiction and non). Also, I recently read Laurie Notaro's I Love Everybody (and Other Atrocious Lies): True Tales of a Loudmouth Girl (again) in like two days, and peed myself laughing. Highly recommended. I also devoured The Broke Diaries by Angela Nissel in, like, a mere few days. Laughed until I peed. Also highly recommended.

Wishing: income. Lots of it. Other than that, life's pretty good.

Search.

Okay.

So I've turned into one of those people I used to hate who couldn't shut the eff up about the Search retreat. But after you've been on it, it's a way different story.

I can't possibly talk about it in its entirety. But I CAN say that I learned a lot about myself. And about others. And I've never cried so much in my entire life. Tears of sadness, tears of joy, any other tears you can think of. I'm completely dehydrated. I came away with such renewed idea of myself, it's so difficult to describe. And, of course, I met some really great friends, and got really close to the people I already knew.

I'm so thankful for everyone in my life. I don't know what the hell I did to be so damn lucky. That's all I've got right now, because I'm kind of a teary-eyed mess, but, just, thank you.
